Trying to install version 21. I unzip but what next?

After unzipping, what is next to install on WIN XP? I see the parts of the unzipped file, but I can't find the program installed anywhere.

I'm using a cutting machine called Cricut. It uses Adobe Air to run the software. And requires it to be installed first. I see the unzipped parts but no obvious way to install after unzipping.

Can anyone help?
