TSL version control

Hey it would be nice if you could control what version of TSL the urlstream class uses. It is currently set to 1.2 and is causing a server firewall to block api requests from an andriod app I am making because it is expecting TLS 1.0

Looks like I am going to have to create an ane to communicate with the server for the short term because the firewall can't not be upgraded until some point next year.

Would be awesome to have this feature.
