turn off multitouch gestures

I guess I wasnt clear, what I meant was is there a way for me to overide the multi touch gestures for other users, within the app. SO that they don't have to turn them off the use my app correctly.

I think the gestures are great but having them overide touch inputs in all apps can be very problematic, i have a piano app I bought and it wreaks havoc with that too
