Unable to build iOS ANE for Twilio Video

I am currently integrating twilio video to our AIR app. I can integrate android video successfully because it was almost straight forward. But integrating iOS is not much easy.

I have integrated iOS SDK with ANE but when Twilio video SDK is not recognising my camera. So i can't make video calls.

Does any one had same issue? Or anyone have successfully integrated any twilio SDK in iOS with ANE? Please help out from this.
