Unable to Install Air - Infinite Setup Acknowledgement

When I launch the Installer for Adobe Air Version 3.3 I get the End user license agreement. I can either click "I Agree" or "cancel". If I click "I Agree" I recieve another agreement in a new window as long as I click "I Agree" this is infinite or till all memory is consumed. If I click cancel then I get a permissions error and the install fails.
