Unable to install the AIR on Samsung Galaxy Fit

Hi,

I am unable to install the Adobe Air on Samsung Galaxy Fit GT-S5670.

I have adroid Version 2.2.1.

Whenever i am trying to load an appilication from Adobe flex ver 4.5,I am getting error called

Error occurred while installing the application:

pkg: /data/local/tmp/Runtime.apk


Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_INVALID_APK]


1857 KB/s (6108444 bytes in 3.212s)

But the same is working on Samsung glaxy tab or HTC desire.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for your reply. Could you please let me know, is this Adobe Flash Runtimne Team who maintain the list for supported AIR device or phone manufacturar?

I found Samsung Fascinate™ in the list, but Samsung galaxy S1 (LCD) has got almost same hardware and is not present in the list - http://www.adobe.com/flashplatform/certified_devices/ .

Could be possible that Samsung Galaxy Fit Processor doesn't match with the system requirements of AIR. It should be ARMv7

Hi Pahup,

I wanted to know if we can install Adobe AIR on Samsung Galaxy S LCD I9003. The phone is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A8 CPU but I want to double check before buying this phone. The main purpose for buying this phone is to develop Android apps using Adobe AIR.  Also could you suggest some other phones for teting apps developed using Adobe AIR.
