Unable to reinstall AIR

Last week I startuing using Real's Rinse application and it works great for a few days, it started to crash when opening the application. So I figured I would reinstall it. However, it won't install, no errors or anything. Just nothing happens. The error that I was seeing when trying to open it came up with an AIR error. So I figured I would reinstall AIR but I can't get it to install again. I have deleted the App from Applications. I have deleted the install and uninstall files in Utilities. The uninstall never did anything and the install could come up with this error message:

This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found.

Please download the latest version of the runtime from

http://www.adobe.com/go/getair,

or contact the application author for an updated version.

Which this also came up when running the installer from the download site.

I also tried deleting Adobe AIR.framework from HD > Library > Framework

Nothing is helping. Any ideas? I am running OS  X Lion.
