Unable to scout in IPAD using Flex and scout

I am not able to use scout with AIR16 sdk for flex project, earlier we was using AIR4.0 and we was able to do scouting on IPAD, but with the AIR 16 we are not able to scout on IPad.

NOTE : We was using python script to inject telemetry data in to swf for scouting as described in scouting blogs. We also tried “swf socut enabler” from http://renaun.com/blog/2012/12/enable-advanced-telemetry-on-flex-or-old-swfs-with-swf-scount-enabler/
