Unable to use Recording click boxes & Highlight boxes in Captivate V5 and Acrobat X

I am using Adobe Captivate V4 and have just upgraded to Adobe Acrobat X standard (writer).  I notice that when I use my normal methods for recording mouse clicks, they are not recording.  I thought I had changed something in the settings, but it works with other programs.  I'm sure you'll tell me I will need to upgrade my Captivate version - but it's a shame that I need to do this!

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hi Lynn,

I'm sorry you're running into problems recording with Captivate.  You've posted in the Adobe AIR forums, if you haven't done so already, would you mind reposting in one of the Captivate forums?  Hopefully you'll get a better response over there.
