Uninstalling issues remain. Please help.

Cannot update, uninstall or install Adobe AIR

As a result of this issue, I am unable to install SimpleViewer Pro (which was purchased!).

Please could a staff member offer some help with this?

I would rather not have to use Adobe Air to install other programmes. But since this isn't the case, I would really appreciate some form of acknowledgement.
