uninstalling my trial

i am trying to uninstall my trial to be able to reinstall the full version. in my adobe application manager, the uninstallation window is open and it says that it cant continue because i first have to close dynamiclinkmanager. i have no idea what that is or how to close it since it does not appear to be running presenty on my computer....
