Using Win XP SP 3, get message "Windows can't find C:\Doc..

Get message "Windows can't find C:\Doc..& Settings\G... \Local...\temp\adobe air installer.exe ..." on occasion.
Does an app using Air initiate this??) The file is present at that location and many others.

Chose to uninstall/re-install AIR, but can't. I get the same message. Help Please.
