WARNING: WindowsCodecs overlaps Adobe AIR

Hi,

I have installed latest versions of Adobe AIR and Scratch offline editor on my computer (OS- Windows 7, 64 bit).

Whenever I try to open a Scratch project (.sb2) file using Scratch Editor, it crashes. When I try to analyse the dump file using WinDbg, it says “WARNING:  WindowsCodecs overlaps Adobe AIR”

Pl help me resolve this issue. I am stuck, can’t proceed further.
