WebKit.dll crash during runtime

I am in charge of the maintenance of an old AIR application used in a big company.

This application displays quiet complex HTML forms inside an mx.HTML component.

A few days ago, a user reported a crash that occurred several times at differents times while browsing these HTML forms.

We have 2 new users who has this crash too.

Nothing inside our application logs so I ask him his windows logs

It seems that the crash occurs inside the webkit dll.

OS : Windows 8.1

AIR version : 18.0.0.180

Strong PC configuration : quad core / 8Go ram.

I would be very grateful, if anyone could explain what is happening here or could help me to investigate this issue.
