What should I do about errorID-2032 on new AIR install?

I've done 3 clean installs with virus/firewalls off. All results are the same:

Runtime Installer begin with version 3.9.0.1030 on Windows 7 x86

Failure during pingback request: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032" errorID=2032]

I have a Win7-64 system.

Meanwhile my app that uses AIR no longer works.

Any suggestions?

I don't think we have any problems with the pingback failure. I do see you ran into a problem installing an application:

but a subsequent attempt passed successfully. What type of error are you running into when you launch your application?
