I wonder when will be developed application compatible with Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-5830 and other phones that also can not run this application, since other applications are developed from this.

That phone uses an ARM 11 family processor. Those apparently use the ArmV6 instruction set, and AIR does not support that. So, there will never be a time when that phone is supported by AIR.
