Where can I download the Amazon Game Circle ANE?

I have been looking for a while but I seem to always end up to the Amazon SDK download page, I download the Amazon SDK, but there's no Adobe ANE for Game Circle (there is one for IAPs apparently).

Does anyone know where I can download an ANE to use the Amazon Game Circle (Leaderboards, Achievements etc.)?
