Where can I get help on issues related to Adobe AIR?

First, please be sure to review the Adobe Air release notes to determine whether the issue you're experiencing is a known one.

Second, try searching for a resolution to your issue in on our Tech Notes page.

Next, search the Adobe AIR forum to see if your issue has already been reported. If not, try posting a new topic describing the issue that you are experiencing.

Lastly, if you want to send a bug directly to the team, please complete the Bug Report Form.

We cannot guarantee a personal response, but we do review bugs submitted using this form.

Hello, I'm Mike (sorry for my english)

First, the "Bug Report Form." link dosn't work.

I find a Bug with the scrollRect methode. In Adobe Air in cumputer it's working perfectly, but in Adobe Air IOS 3.5 and 3.6 the scrollRect have a bug.

On Cuputer: (good)

  • The scrollRect hide the content outside of the Rectangle limit.
  • The scrollRect stop events of objects outside of the Rectangle limit.

On IOS: (bad)

  • The scrollRect hide the content outside of the Rectangle limit.
  • The scrollRect continue dispatch events of objects outside of the Rectangle limit. So you can click a object like MovieClip outside of the Rectangle limit, and it's continue to dispatch the event.

Thank,

Mike
