When installing Air Native App on Mac (built with flex adt), there will be no icon created on desktop. Is this a error or a "feature"?

Hi Ronny,

icon should be in "/Applications"

I believe no application on OS X (if following Apple's guidelines) installs by default on desktop if setup is done via installer/packager - only when deployment is done via .zip/.dmg users usually have choice where to put uncompressed Application,

see:

In the Mac OS, by default the application is added to the Applications directory.
