Which video format for Air (Android) ?

Hello

I made a small 30" video using H.264 (Premiere CS5 / MainConcept codec)

I can read with a PC (Air application .exe)

But I can't read with Air 2.7 Player on Android (Archos Gen8)

It means all is displayed except the video

I tried with the video and skin embeded or outside the apk

The stadalone .mp4 movie can be read with the Archos Gen8

But nothing inside Air...:-(((

Is it a codec issue ? A machine issue ?

Thank's for help

Problem seems solved with NetStream

FLVPlayback is not available / Android (shame on me) :-{

FLVPlayback does work on Android, but possibly doesn't support H.264. If it had been an FLV it would have worked.

I suppose FLVPlayback can be used by Air / Android version

Because if not, the problem source is there...

AIR Android supports H264 video Playback. I would recommend Baseline 30fps Level 3/3.1 profile, since it is optimized for playback on mobile devices.

However you should be able to play it. Do you get any errors like codec/stream not supported while playing the video ? Is your app working on other Android devices apart from Archos Gen8 tablet?

Thanks,
