Why does the AndroidManifest.xml has CameraUIProvider in AIR 28 SDK?

After I update my airsdk to 28 version, the AndroidManifest.xml was added a CameraUIProvider. And the value of the authorities like this"air.com....". Because of the "air.", some APP store reject my game. I can not update my game to new version. So I want to know how to remove the "air." from the AndroidManifest.xml?
