Anyone find a fix for this? I'm trying to install AIR and the log file keeps reporting same error ID:5100

Nevermind. Found that I had to close Malwarebytes and also goto microsoft security and click "manage settings" under "virus & threat protection" and uncheck real time protection.

remember to start these back up after!!

Installed a treat 😄

I've made several attempts to download a program only to get a message stating it was unsuccessful due to error 5100.  What is error 5100 and can it be fixed?

Same issue on several computers.

Also cannot install the latest version of Adobe AIR from the Adobe website (32.0.0.125).  Only applies to some computers, not all.

Also cannot uninstall Adobe AIR (in use by numerous other applications), even though I said to go ahead and uninstall.
