Windows 7 64 bit AIR SDK installation

I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate K SP1 x64.

I've successfully installed Adobe AIR (ver 25.0) -- no errors popped up during the installation -- but I have found out that I need further system requirement:

Windows

• Microsoft® Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 Classic or Windows 10
• AIR SDK Development Supports Microsoft® Windows 7 and above, 64-bit only

So I downloaded AIR SDK as well (ver. 25.0.0.134), but I have no clue how I can compile these files in .zip into Adobe AIR.

Any installation guide??
