Windows codecs overlaps adobe air

Hello

I have installed Adobe AIR and Scratch 2.0 offline editor on my computer (Windows 7, 64 bit). When I try to open .sb2 (Cod e in Scratch programming language), offline editor crashes. I used WinDbg to analyse the crash debug file. It says “WARNING:    Windows codecs overlaps adobe air" .

Pl help me resolve this problem. I am not able to proceed
