zip file has no install executable

I have downloaded the air sdk zip file for windows.  It does not appear to have an install .exe.  There is an install folder but it only has an android folder.  None of the other folders have install .exe, or any .exe.

AIR Ipad apps distributed from my website.

I need to distribute an AIR app for Ipad from my website.  I am an "Apple Developer" but cannot find details that allow the situation I described above.  Any help will be gratefully received.
