3D Issue with .mp4 files

I'm having an issue when converting an Animate file with 3D content to an .mp4 file, Media Encoder inserts a frame at the beginning of the video that displays the 3D content as 2D in the upper left corner of the stage.

create a new fla

copy then main timeline layers from the problematic fla to the new fla

create your mp4 with the new fla

any problem?
