Where is the 3D transformation tool in Animate 2022?

Hi.

 

The 3D transformation tools, in recent versions of Animate, need to be added to the Toolbar by clicking on the ellipsis button in the bottom part like shown in the image.

 

Also please notice that the 3D transformation tools are only available in AS3 documents.

    One thing to note, the tool works in AS3 documents. In HTML5 Canvas it will be disabled.
