About paint brush style (stripped)

Hi. whenever i use paint brush (Y) in  stripped style after using it for like 6 strokes the animate goes not responding and it won't work i have to close it and re open the project but strocks aren't there. and if i redo the previous steps same thing happens.. it's impossoble to work with stripped style. and my system meets the requirements.
