Accelerometer or Gyroscope with HTML5 Canvas?

Is there a way to access a phone's accelerometer or gyroscope with Adobe Animate CC's HTML5 canvas feature? I understand we're using Create JS here so it's not super technical, but this is something there must be a relatively simple method to access? I'm not looking to do anything overly complex, just return a value when a device is tilted left/right - so although gyroscope is preferred, accelerometer would suffice.
