Accordion labelPath

I confess that I've nabbed this code from a search on google groups but unfortunately can not understand why I can not initially set the colour of the first and only the first accordion header - the listener function manges to do this on change - could anyone enlighten me as I'm in the dark as usual.

Grateful for any pointers

Well I'm still trying and still nothing - maybe I'll re phrase. Is there any way to set the first header/label in an accordion component to white and leave the rest of the headers/labels black?
