Add GSAP code into animations and keyframes?

Hello,

I received Animate files from an outside agency and upon closer inspection, I noticed that there are no animations or keyframes in the timeline. There is a layer called code and using the Actions panel, you can see the code they used. Is it possible to import the code and convert in to keyframes and animations? FYI, i'm not a coder but a designer so I really don't understand code.
