Add stroke to a fill with JSFL.

A stroke can be applied to a fill shape, using JSFL, instead of the ink bottle tool. You can customize the color and thickness of the stroke.

It would be helpful to use a stroke as a character arm, convert it to fills, and then apply the stroke of the character style, without using the ink bottle tool.
