Adding Music

I added music to a layer and I can see the waveform in the timeline, but there is no output whenn scrubbing or rendering output. My project is actionscript based.  My options are Effect: none

and Sync: event.

The only way to hear audio by scrubbing is to set it to Stream. If "Stream" is not available then it may be your document type. But you said it was AS based. When you click the sound behavior drop-down you only see Event?
