Adobe Animate 19.2 becomes unresponsive on the first publish called through the debugger.

Hello,

We have recently updated to Adobe Animate 19.2 and we encounter the following problem.

Executing fl.getDocumentDOM().publish() via the debugger and csInterface.evalScript causes Animate to freeze for some time.

Publishing from code inside the extension doesn't have the same problem.

This happens on a custom plugin which includes only the bare minimum needed to register and run.

Here is the entire plugin with python that can build and install it automatically SamplePlugin.zip - Google Drive
Call python Tools/Packaging/build.py --install to build and install it.

Why is this happening?
How can this be fixed?
