adobe animate 2019 keeps crashing

adobe animate is crashing even when i turn off my antivirus id did everything please help

    Does your system meet the minum requirements? AnCC can be a resource hog at times - please update to the latest version via the CC app and update us to whether or not this fixed the problem.
