Adobe Animate 2020 keeps crashing

Ever since I updated Adobe Animate, it keeps crashing. I'll open a project and begin working on it, and then all of a sudden it'll freeze and close me out. It keeps doing that and it's getting real frustrating. I tried signing out then signing back in Adobe, which worked for a second, and it just did the exact same thing. Any solutions?? Please and thank you!

    Hi,

    Would it be possible for you to provide the following details?

    1. OS details and Crash Report if you are on Mac

    2. Animate Build Number (Animate (Mac) / Help (Win) > About Animate...)

    3. Last operation performed just before the application crashed
