Adobe Animate 2020 random double clicking??!?

List of problems so far in adobe 20.5.1
Transform tool and holding shift to snap makes it randomly jump in varisu posicions...Like this. 
Clicking on folders does not allow me to open and close the folders as one would expect...Like this. 
Changing any number or text causes me a headache...Like this. 

To note, this is only happeing when i using Wacom Intous PTH-451 and not mouse.
This does not happeing when i using Macromedia Flash 8 Pro

So far i have tried restarting my pc, me does not think the issue is in the Wacom drivers but in Adobe software itself.

Help me resolve this.

    Please share the option chosen under Edit--> Preferences--> Drawing--> Tablet Input.

    It will help us investigate and suggest possible solution for the issue.

    Does not allow edit but ill add up
