adobe animate 2020 white screen

I just updated to 2020 version of adobe animate cc and i try to load flash fiiles ive been working on and it just shows a white screen, I start a new project WHITE screen. Is there a way to go back to earlier versions  or somthing because i cant get any work done just white screen every time.
