adobe animate 2021

so when i open animate 2021 it like freezes the whole thing i cant click tools or even the animaton frame..

is there any thing i can do???

    Hi - Is this happening when you're trying to open some specific FLA file? Can you just try to open only the app (without file) and check if it goes fine?

      even tho when i open the app only in a few minutes it will freeze
