adobe animate 2021 files not opening

all my files are not opening, I thought I fixed the issue but i didn't, it will pop up a message or crash

Are you on Mac? Most likely it was a bug that was present from version 22.0 to 22.0.5, which prevented opening files from older versions.

The error was fixed from 22.0.6 onwards. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
