Adobe Animate 2021 Menu Bar Misclick Issue

Acer Ntiro5's screen= adobe animate works fine and menu bar works fine

Huion Kamvas 13pro

-when hovering mouse over menubar (top menu) with mouse, each time i hover my mouse over to the left side, the menu automatically jumps to the right side.

-this only happens while animate is open on Huion Screen

-All scaling and resolution size tested. 

-Other apps such as chrome and photoshop does not have the same issue 

Troubleshooting Already attempted:

-restart pc

-reinstall drivers of huion
