Adobe Animate 2021 UI bugs

Hey community I need halp with my Adobe Animate UI, it seems to have a bug where it corrupts random bits of UI swatches and drop down menu images. I will post videos of them below.  I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and what I can do to fix it without unsinstalling/reinstalling Animate?

I am currently running Animate 2021 on the M1 Mac mini and this problem just keeps getting worse the more I use it.

you can see at the bottom all the gradient and custom swatches are all corrupted.

and this is especially my issue where I cannot see the drop down for style or width of my line. sometimes it opens and sometimes it wont even drop down. whichever it is it never shows up properly.
