Adobe Animate 24.0.10 Home screen

Does anyone know how to remove this AnimateShim from the home screen it keeps on flickering and is kinda annoying. Also the why is the app bugging to be on top of the screen when its not supposed to be? I have to keep alt tabbing and is really sus.
