Adobe animate 300 bytes file

I have a problem with my recent project. When I saved my project and tried to export it to an mp4, it suddenly stopped working and crashed. Now the FLA is only 300 bytes and I can't acces it anymore, telling me there was an error while starting it up.

Does anyone know what possibly could have happend and maybe have a solution for this?

    in the future, save frequently with increasing version number appended to the file name.

     

    for now, you can check for an auto-save. that may not have been corrupted.
