adobe animate banner ad

Hello everyone, 

i'm new to animate and never used flash. I have questions about saving files correctly.

1) I created html5 banner, published it, but i don't understand what kind offile i should send to client to show the final rezult? if i send html file with sprites png file it's impossible to open it, the brouser just doesn't show anything. Should it be gif or there is any other way?

2) How do i see the file size , html shows 4 kb, sprites.719.. is that this sprites png file should be no more that 150 kb? how can i  resize images  so much?

3) How should i save and do to send all files to client.

3) I can't find info how to make all banner area clickable, plz help!
