Adobe Animate - Can't Find 'Draw as Fill' Option in Paint Brush Tool Settings

Hi everyone!

I'm having trouble finding an option in Adobe Animate that should already be available. I want to use the "Paint Brush Tool (Y)" and select an option called "Draw as Fill". This option should appear in the brush settings, right below the Smoothing slider. However, I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can locate this option?
