Adobe Animate CC 2018 "Not Responding"

Hi! 

Whenever I press "Publish" after giving the appropriate Publish Settings, the window goes to about 80% and then says "Not Responding". And then it publishes successfully. But when I open the HTML file, it's not the perfect quality or it doesn't look the same as in the software. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    if it's a very large file that may be expected.

     

    otherwise, reset your preferences - https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/kb/animate-cc-crashes-on-launch-startup.html

     

    or remove

     

    Win:

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

    C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

     

    Mac:

    /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)
