Adobe Animate crashes whenever I try to open keyboard shortcuts

Anyone else have this issue?

Animate crashes immediately if I open keyboard shortcuts. It's annoying and dumb and I assume Adobe will do nothing to fix it. Anyone know of any work arounds? I just want to change a shortcut.
