Adobe Animate crashing when watching tutorials after logging in with my Adobe ID

Hi there, I have an issue accessing the adobe tutorial videos after login as myself. The browser (no matter what browser I use) crashes whenever I tried to play a video. It works fine when I’m not logged on

I have tested with another adobe user on the same machine and also on multiple machines (Mac and Windows) and it is working fine for them. My account failed on other machines too.

I got a feeling it is something to do with my Adobe account. Can someone please shed some light on this and how can I get this resolved?

    Hi Tanya,

    The issue as described by you is specific to your account, try accessing these tutorials through your account outside the office network.

    I would request you to contact support for further assistance in case it is not working outside office network: Contact Customer Care

    Hi Tanya,

    I have branched your question to a new discussion because it wasn't under a relevant heading.

    I have no idea as to why you should experience crashes after you log in, and they work fine when you don't. It's something I have never run into previously on any forum, but I will ask around to see if anyone has a solution for you.
