Adobe Animate doesn't export everything on the project

Hello!
I am reusing a FLA file for a couple of friends to have a good laugh over. I replaced some key elements with other things. When I exported it to a MOV, and then turned it to a MP4, a layer was removed, with a key element. It was a hill with a whole bunch of other things on it. It did stretch out but I don't think stretching the layer was the problem. Please fix!
